Spot illustration in the style of a vintage RPG sourcebook or gamebook art, part of a larger project in which I depict famous rock stars as a Dungeons & Dragons adventurer party. This piece is an homage to Ronnie James Dio: I drew inspiration from his most iconic music video, but reimagined the scene with a more classic villain hidden in the mist. I hope to find time to complete the remaining portraits in the series and reveal how the rest of the party comes together.
