Illustrated Short Story on the themes of Growth, Mindfulness and their connection with Nature.
The rings of a tree are a classic motif: we immediately associate them with the seasons of our life. At the same time, the expression “going in circles” often carries a negative connotation. The little poem that unfolds alongside the images offers a perspective that connects these two ideas.

The black and white stones depicted are pieces from the oriental Game of Go, or Weiqi—a centuries-old relative of chess, frequently linked to Taoist philosophy and existential reflection.

This work is thought as a short narrative designed for web sliders, or social media carousels and reels, becoming a kind of “children’s book for adults”.
